She sourced and engaged all the speakers to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information on the topic of making a Greener Office, getting people from Facebook, Google, Workday, Qualtrics and the government all in the same room. She's a true powerhouse!

March 26, 2019 Elissa Bowling - Elissa has offered me a ride to the Portsmouth office on a couple of occasions, which helps me to feel included in our team events. She and Emily Persing even teamed up to make sure I could go to our holiday outing. As a non-driver, I super appreciate it!
April 1, 2019 Rahmona Henry - Rahmona offered to jump on a call with a client of mine who had some specific Design Manager questions. She helped answer questions I was unable to, and helped the client to acknowledge the need to get an agency involved.
April 19, 2019 Alex Romo - Alex always pushes my way of thinking, but he does it in a way that is still open, sensitive, and allows me to feel heard. He has a knack for tackling hard topics and allowing a group to have a conversation about them. He is a standout person through and through.
May 28, 2019 Rahmona Henry - I know I've told her this before, but I can't say it enough. Rahmona has been such a great friend to talk to about life in general and also about what it's like to have lived away from family and friends. June 19, 2019 Age Hanrahan - Adrian has been a massive help to me since moving to the team, always willing to give up his time to assist with technical questions and troubleshoot issues. In particular he made a great video demo-ing the Salesforce integration settings plus getting on a call with a customer to talk through it! He's a true leader not just of the Tech Consultants but of the Pro Services team in general.
June 19, 2019 Rahmona Henry - Rahmona's willingness to give up her time to help is remarkable. She goes out of her way at all times to not just answer questions but research & troubleshoot these with you! She is an 'over and above' at all times character and a pleasure to work with!
June 26, 2019 Jason Rosa - Jason is unconditionally an amazing teammate. No matter the issue or what team you are on, he is always there to lend an extra hand and solve a complex problem. Jason recently helped me with a tricky design issue and fixed it up within a few minutes. He also took the time to talk me through what he changed so that I would know what to look out for the next time. Thanks for being you, Jason!
June 26, 2019 Amanda Hess - Amanda cares about the people around her—who they are deep down, what they care about, what makes them, them. It's extremely important to have a teammate like Amanda, one who takes the time to get to know people after work, be a friend on the floor, and leads by example. I was a recent recipient of an Amanda-chat, one that started as a simple discussion that led to a three-hour conversation, and I came away feeling more connected to her as a person. I really value Amanda's outlook on life and feel fortunate to call her a dear friend on the team.

I was recently on vacation and had an ongoing customer who still wanted to have a call while I was OOO. Andrew Smeallie immediately offered to pick it up. What was unknown, was that that week ended up being super busy and tough for everyone at HubSpot because of the CritSit. Andrew still did the call with my customer and an awesome one at that, despite the craziness going on.

Emily Morgan was dealing with some health issues that didn't allow her to fly. As any teammates would do, we we able to cover for her, and yet, she still made sure to greet us back in the office with a thank you note and a drink of our choice.

He shows acceptance, empathy, understanding, compassion and kindness no matter the topic, and it means the world to me.

March 3, 2021 Moe Bachouti - I know I can always count on Moe whenever I need support, encouragement, or someone to listen to me vent (and ramble). He coaches me through tough customer situations and provides me with the resources I need to be successful in this role, and he's done it all with kindness, empathy and compassion. I look forward to our conversations because I know I'll leave feeling so excited and motivated. He genuinely cares about me (both as an IC and a human), and I feel so incredibly lucky that I've had the opportunity to work with Moe. Thanks for being part of my support system and someone I know I can go to for help!

April 6, 2021 Larry Womack - After a meeting where I shared that I was struggling with my mental health, Larry took the time to understand how I've been feeling by asking questions and offering suggestions on how I can make my days feel less overwhelming – like taking micromoments throughout the day where I actually close my laptop, taking random days off, and ending work early if I work late another day. Although it all probably seems obvious to others, it's really tough for me, so I appreciated when Larry said he was going to hold me accountable to taking those micromoments – and he did :) Having that accountability forced me to take those breaks, and it's made a huge difference on my overall mental health! Larry also reached out on Slack when he saw I was out sick, and it meant so much that he checked in to see how I was feeling. Larry: You have such a huge heart, are so much fun to talk to, and have already made an impact in my life. Thank you for being an example of what it means to have HEART and for caring so much about me and everyone on this team!
